House Rules
Checking In & Out
Check-in after 2:00 PM
Checkout before 11:00 AM
Self check-in with caretaker assistance.
During Your Stay
Maximum 9 guests allowed.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is permitted only in open balcony and patio areas.
Proper Swimming Attire
Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times while using the private pool.
Security Deposit
INR 5000 refundable security deposit to be paid during check-in and refunded during checkout. This is taken as protection against any damages or breakages.
Non-Compliance Policy
Non-compliance with house rules may result in a fine of INR 5000.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if cancelled before 14 days of check-in.
50% refund if cancelled between 14 days and 7 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in.
No-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
